Ensuring excellence is rewarded
The 2025 judging process was designed to be rigorous and thorough to ensure all entries received full consideration and that excellence in each of the categories was truly rewarded. A diverse panel of leading hedge fund COOs, CFOs, CCOs, GCs and CTOs made up the judging panel.
The judges were split into groups depending on their specialist expertise. To add further scrutiny to the process shortlisted firms for selected award categories faced virtual judging sessions where they pitched their entries to a selection of the judging panel.
Judging criteria
Entries are evaluated against four key areas:

Highlighting plans and capabilities that ensure continued advancement and relevance. - Client testimonials and feedback

Together, these measures ensure that each winner represents the very best in client service, product excellence and sustainable business performance within the US hedge fund services community.
