What sponsorship packages are available?
We offer a variety of sponsorship tiers – from headline/gold sponsors to supporting partners – each designed to provide brand exposure, networking opportunities and on‑stage presence. You can discuss your budget and objectives with us and we’ll tailor a package accordingly.
What kind of exposure will my brand receive as a sponsor?
As a sponsor you’ll benefit from:
- On‑site brand visibility at the black‑tie dinner and awards ceremony (e.g., signage, stage presence)
- Branding across our marketing communications (email blasts, website, social media)
- Invite‑your‑clients opportunities to sit with you at the event and network with senior decision‑makers from the European hedge‑fund industry
- Optional presentation or award‑presentation rights (depending on package) on stage.
Who attends the EuroHedge Awards?
The event typically draws over 400 senior decision‑makers from the European hedge‑fund industry – including fund managers, service providers, allocators and other key stakeholders.
What is the date and venue of the 2024 Awards?
The 2025 Awards are scheduled for 27 February 2026 at the prestigious Raffles London at The OWO in London.
Can I choose which category I sponsor?
Yes — sponsors often select or are allocated a specific award category (for example a strategy size or style) to present on stage, aligning your brand with the winner in that category and giving you a moment of high visibility.
What is the deadline for committing to sponsorship?
As many sponsorship benefits rely on pre‑event marketing and planning, we recommend contacting us as early as possible. Specific deadlines will depend on the package, but general principle: the sooner you commit, the more opportunity for visibility.
Are there opportunities to bring clients/guests?
Absolutely. One of the key attractions is the opportunity “to host your clients” – invite them to your table, develop relationships in the networking environment and celebrate successes together.
How does the sponsorship align with the credibility and prestige of the awards?
The EuroHedge Awards are now in their 25th year and are described as “the most important and influential hedge‑fund awards in the calendar” thanks to their performance‑based evaluation metrics. Aligning with these Awards offers credibility and sector relevance for your brand.

What is included in the sponsorship fee – and are there additional costs?
The fee generally covers your agreed‑package‑specific benefits (brand exposure, tickets, stage presenting rights etc.). Additional costs may include: customized branding materials you supply, travel/guest costs, special activation costs (if you choose extra hospitality). We can make this clear within your agreement.
Is there exclusivity within my sponsorship category?
Some high‑level packages may offer exclusivity (e.g., only one organisation presenting the “Fund of the Year” category). We can clarify exclusivity options when you choose your package.
What happens after I sign up as a sponsor?
Once your sponsorship is confirmed:
- We’ll send you a sponsorship brief / kit with deadlines, logo specs, brand materials needed for marketing, guest list/hospitality details.
- You will liaise with our events team to discuss your activation, on‑site branding, table/seat allocation, any presenting role, and client invites.

We’ll include you in all pre‑event marketing communications and credits.
How will success or ROI from sponsorship be measured?
We suggest KPIs such as: brand visibility (pre‑event and on‑site), number of client invites/meetings made, new leads from the event, networking outcomes, and any follow‑up business gained. We will provide post‑event partner feedback / event audience statistics (where available) to support your review.
